Orders below $1,000 must be paid 100% in advance; for amounts above $1,000, payment terms are 50% advance and 50% prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed.​

Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, or other methods clearly stated at checkout.

3. Product Specifications and Compliance

We guarantee products meet the specifications as described per order.

It is your responsibility to ensure goods purchased comply with local laws and import regulations at your destination.​

4. Pricing and Duties

All prices are as agreed in the purchase order and exclusive of applicable taxes, customs duties, or import levies, unless specifically stated.​

Any additional charges arising from taxes or regulatory compliance at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Inspection

Delivery timelines are mentioned at checkout and in written agreements. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.​

The buyer is responsible for inspecting goods at delivery and reporting any discrepancies or damages within 7 days.

International shipping terms (Incoterms such as FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.) will apply as agreed in the individual contract.​

4. Returns and Refunds

Refunds are only provided for orders that are defective, damaged, or incorrect as per our Refund Policy.​

The return procedure, time frames, and conditions are detailed in our Refund Policy. Refunds and replacements are subject to review and approval.

4. Warranty and Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods sold. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from defects or delays, unless explicitly agreed.​
